Free Shipping — All Over UAE

We offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered anywhere within the United Arab Emirates — no minimum order value required. This applies to all Emirates, including:

•       Dubai

•       Abu Dhabi

•       Sharjah

•       Ajman

•       Ras Al Khaimah

•       Umm Al Quwain

•       Fujairah

 

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Saturday to Thursday.

Please note:

•       Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) are typically processed the same day.

•       Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GST) will be processed the next business day.

•       Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays or peak seasons.

 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your package for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation message with your order details. If there are any issues with your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you:

•       A re-delivery will be attempted on the next business day.

•       After two failed attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse.

•       Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
